Doing Storm Sorcerer X / Tempest domain cleric is a very viable and powerful build. I would Google/search reddit for suggestions on the build in 5e as they have covered that build extensively over the past 5 Years. It will be a great baseline to build off of as we don't know what changes to those classes may have occurred for BG3.

If you're using a sorcerer 10, tempest 2 build, then I think markoheshkir and/or the spellsparkler would be better. Markoheshkir for it's bone-shaking ability. Spellsparkler since you can have magic missile on a sorcerer. For a full tempest cleric, I would keep all the gear you listed except add the hat I mentioned.Sorcerer longpost. The sorcerer/tempest cleric has a higher damage ceiling but I think I prefer pure storm sorcerer for more chain lightning casts. You only get 2 with the act 3 legendary staff as a hybrid but you can get up to 5 as a pure storm sorcerer with the same staff plus the spellcrux amulet.Some people value the constitution proficiency from Sorcerer way too high for this particular build.
